What is Ex Chainstore?

Ex-chainstore means that the clothing was originally made for a major UK high street retailer who cancelled the order or over produced. The most common cause for cancellations is late delivery. We can then offer these products to our wholesale customers at a substantially lower price.

Are original labels removed?

Store labels are removed, cut or blacked out in accordance to requirements of the chainstores. This is in order to protect the intellectual rights of the original high street chainstore and to prevent unauthorised store-returns. Labels are removed by the manufacturer or by ourselves before sale, however mistakes can happen and it is our customers' responsibility to ensure that all kimbles and original labels which can identify who the garment was made for are removed prior to sale! All items of clothing have labels with washing instructions and fabric content.

Where Ex-Chainstore goods have been delivered with labels, do we have to remove them?

Goods that were originally made for chainstores or on-line retailers are supplied under strict condition that all labels and tags are removed before resale. This is the responsibility of the purchaser of goods whose name or company appears on the sales invoice.

What is a Ratio Pack?

When the garments are received into our warehouse, they are counted and checked by our Q.C. department, and then ratio packed ready for sale. This means that each pack has a variety of sizes/colours in proportion to the original count, so that every customer receives a fair share of the available stock.

How often do you have new lines?

Our website is updated with new lines at least twice week, and if you register as a newsletter subscriber, you will receive automatic updates on our new stocks, together with notifications of reductions and clearance.

What high street stores do you have stock from?

We sell goods that were originally produced for Asos, Aware, Bay Trading, Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, John Lewis, Jane Norman, Marks & Spencer, Miss Selfridge, Monsoon, New Look, Next, Per Una, Principles, River Island, (TU), Top Shop, Wallis and many more.

Are all your items of clothing ex-chainstore?

No. Where we have not listed the item as ex UK chainstore, they will be sold with labels (and tags where applicable).

You have said the stock is a certain chainstore but it is not tagged up as this chainstore, why is this?

This isn't the case with all of our stock. The stock can vary from line to line, sometimes the stock is made for a chainstore and then cancelled, or for over runs the factory will put a generic label in the garment not the actual chainstore label.

Am I allowed to copy and use your images for my eBay or internet on-line store?

Our images are not copyright and you are allowed to use them for the purpose of reselling the items.
